Hello Lonna! You could realistically use the Yacht and Beach Club pools throughout the day of your check-out. Logistically, this isn't always easy as you will need to take your luggage to Port Orleans when you check out by 11am at the Yacht Club. Rooms won't be guaranteed until 3pm so you have a wide window without your personal belongings. There are restrooms at the resort but they are not changing rooms.

I think it is always best to use the first day to enjoy your resort, get to know its facilities, and rest and relax from the stressful travels!
