    Hello, I think my son may be eligible for a Disability Access Service Card. Do we need to bring some document to the Guest Relation on our arrival? If so, do we need an English translation of the document? Thanks!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

    From what I understand, in order for your son to receive a Disability Access Service Card (“DAS Card”), you don’t need to bring any paperwork or other evidence of his condition with you, in either English or French. Simply go to Guest Relations when you arrive at the Theme Park you wish to visit and explain your son’s condition and abilities to the Cast Member who will assist you there. They’ll be able to assess whether he qualifies for a DAS Card at that time.
