When do you think they will show discount room rates for January and Feburary. I am looking to book a trip and would like to stay at a value resort when the rates are $59.00. My dates are flexible so if I can save money on my room that would be great.

Hi, Billie Jo!  There really is no way for us to know ahead of time what discounts will be offered and when those discounts will be announced.   The best thing for you to do is to go to www.disneyworld.com and check the Special Offers to see what deals are available.   You will also want to go to My Profile and make sure that you check the box that you want to receive email updates from WDW.

Other helpful websites are www.allears.net and www.mousesavers.com.   Sign up for their free e-newsletters that have great information on park events and deals on and off Disney property.

I hope you find just what you are looking for!   Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
