Disneyland Resort question. It sounds like you’re one of the pixie-dusted Guests who purchased a
Magic Key pass recently! Hooray-- you and your partner are well on your way to making many magical memories as Magic Key holders this year!
This should be a simple issue to fix, Kevin. Please call the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277 and a Cast Member will be happy to help you verify the email address on file and make a correction if necessary.
Your partner can easily link their new pass using the
Disneyland Resort mobile app. After launching the app, tap the three stacked lines near the bottom right of the screen, and then select the “Tickets and Passes” section. Tap the “+” symbol in the upper right corner and use the “Link Tickets & Passes” button to add the pass. Lastly, either scan the Magic Key barcode with the phone’s camera or manually type the ID number.
