I think it is possible to see some of Illuminations from the Boardwalk. 1st night of our trip will be w/o park tix but we would still like to experience some Magic! Thinking about a surrey bike ride and a peek at Illuminations. Am I remembering correctly?

    Hi Dawn,

You can see the very tips of the fireworks from the BoardWalk, but you will not be able to see the globe and laser show which is the best part of IllumiNations : Reflections of Earth. You might want to consider heading to the Polynesian Resort and watching the Wishes Nighttime Spectacular from the beach. That offers a really neat perspective of the show. Of course, you'll also want to watch it again from inside the Magic Kingdom on a different night. Be sure to stand in front of Cinderella Castle so you can watch Tinker Bell fly to Tomorrowland.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
