I think we have the photo pass. What is the difference with the memory maker. Do I need both? And is the DVD only good for 30 days or can I order any time? Thanks

    Greetings Lenora!

Disney's new Memory Maker service is the newest way to capture your Walt Disney World memories.  Memory Maker is fully digital and allows guests to instantly download photos taken by Disney's PhotoPass photographers, including photos from select dining locations and attractions.  You no longer need to wait until a CD arrives to have access to all of your images.  Memory Maker links to your My Disney Experience account and offers unlimited downloads of images.  Like PhotoPass+, you can pre-purchase Memory Maker at a discount.

If you've already pre-purchased Disney's PhotoPass+, you can either continue to use the product or contact Disney's PhotoPass Guest Services to switch to Memory Maker.  They can be reached at  407-560-4300 or via email at disneyphotopass_support@disneyworld.com.

Photos on MyDisneyPhotoPass.com expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken.  You will need to order your Disney PhotoPass Archive Disk before the photos expire.

I hope this helps, Lenora!  Please let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your Walt Disney World vacation.

    Happy New Year!
