Hi Alexis!
Welcome to planDisney! It is always my pleasure to greet a fellow North Carolinian!
The Park Pass and Park Hopper dilemma - we are here to help clear up the confusion! As of now, Guests need to use the
Disney Park Pass system to make park pass reservations for October. Although you can currently only make one park pass reservation per day, you can use your Park Hopper tickets provided the other parks are not at capacity. Review these specific
Park Hopper® Option details for more information.
At this time, Park Hopper hours begin at 2:00 p.m. You must have a park pass reservation at one park and enter that park before you can Park Hop. You do not need a park pass reservation for the second park but keep your eye on the
operational updates since procedures could change. Be sure to have the
My Disney Experience Mobile App downloaded so that you can check
park hours and receive push notifications.
Although I do not know the exact dates of your trip, I will say that October is going to be AMAZING! We have park reservations for the first week of October to kick off
The World's Most Magical Celebration and my family is so excited! So, definitely check the
theme park availability calendar for the dates of your visit and make those park pass reservations as soon as you can.
Once you get those theme park tickets, be sure to link them in your
My Disney Experience Account. Also keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for updates on
Disney MagicMobile service. If you have an Apple device, you will be one of the first who can use this service once it launches. As it gets closer to the dates of your trip, remember to make
advanced dining reservations. We were so happy to have advanced dining reservations on our most recent trip given the capacity limitations in restaurants. We used
Mobile Dine Check-in and then never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a table.
Alexis, get those theme park tickets linked! We are so excited to welcome you back to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
