What do you think about park hopping with kids 3 & 2 yo? Is it too much for them? I know is better for ADRs and EMH, but still not sure what to do? We 're going in Nov (18-24) Thanks for your help!

    Hi Ana!

Adding the Park Hopper option makes it so much easier when planning your Walt Disney World vacation.  Having toured the parks with small children, there is absolutely a good way and a not so good way to use Park Hoppers.

The best way to use Park Hoppers with small children is to tour one park the first part of your day, head back to your resort for a nap and then tour a different park in the evening.  This way you can still take advantage of Extra Magic Hours, without the hassle of using multiple modes of transportation to reach the different parks.  Traveling with small children means more gear and smaller legs, so if you are going to use the Park Hopper option this is the best way I've found to keep your sanity.

I do not recommend Park Hopping straight from Park to Park with small children.  For example if you were at Animal Kingdom and wanted to hop over to the Magic Kingdom, you would need to take a bus to a Monorail Resort close to Magic Kingdom and then transfer to the Monorail.  Transferring between that many modes of transportation can be tiring and time consuming and I would wait to try this when your children are a little older.

Here's the great news though, you don't have to decide right now!  The Park Hopper option can be added to your tickets at anytime.  I would suggest spending the first day of your vacation without the Park Hopper option to see if it is something you really want to add.  If you decide that you want to add it, just go to any ticket window and a cast member will be happy to help.  The only drawback is that the Park Hopper is not priced per a day so it will not be prorated, it will cost you the same if you add it on the first day of your vacation or on the last day.I hope this helps and please visit us again if you have anymore questions!

    Best Wishes!
