    What a special treat to be able to come to Walt Disney World for two weeks!! Then again, you're coming a great distance, so you may as well make it worth it.
    Your question is a bit confusing as I am not exactly sure what you are asking for? You mention a "check list" but is that for before you leave or when you arrive...sort of like an itinerary?
    Not having ADRs can be problematic if you have your heart set on a special dining experience, although some guests don't care where they eat.
    That said, for your girls ages, I would absolutely recommend either Cinderella's Royal Table or the Akershus Royal Banquet Hall as an example.
