what should you do if you think you may be a little late to a dining reservation? what kind of grace period do the restraunts give you if your running late? if your late do they immediatley charge you a no show fee?

    Hi Sheri!

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!

Sometimes events take over, and time runs away with itself, or maybe our journey to the restaurant takes a lot longer than we expected.  However, If you know you are going to be late for a dining reservation, I would suggest you contact Dining Reservations (407) 939 3463 at the earliest opportunity to tell them you will be late for your reservation, and your expected time of arrival.  Depending on how late you will be, and how busy the restaurant is, they may try and accommodate you at a later time, but this would be subject to how many reservations they have that day.

Each Walt Disney World restaurant maintains its own cancellation policy - see more details here.

If you have any more questions, please come back and ask me - I would be happy to help you plan your magical vacation!
