    I think I link my account to my spouses correctly. But he can only see his and my tickets and not our kids tickets. I invited him to join so we could be linked and plan together. Am I missing something?

    Howdy neighbor!

    Virginia is for Disney lovers like us, Rose, and I'm so glad you're planning a visit to Walt Disney World Resort with your spouse and children. My husband and I share vacation-planning responsibilities in My Disney Experience, as well. I officially manage the My Disney Experience account profiles of my children, but we're all connected as Family & Friends, which means my husband can view and make plans (dining reservations, Lightning Lane reservations, etc) for everyone. 

    It sounds like your children's My Disney Experience account profiles are managed by your account. It also sounds like you and your spouse are connected as Family & Friends; confirm this by taking a look at your Family & Friends List and making sure your spouse's name appears. Assuming that's the case, pat yourself on the back and follow these steps so your spouse can connect to the children, as well:

    1. Make sure the words "My List is Shared" appear next to your name on your Family & Friends List. If they do not, click "Update" and "Share My List."
    2. Ask your spouse to click "Add a Guest" at the bottom of his/her Family & Friends List. 
    3. Your children's names should automagically appear for selection as long as your name appears on his/her Family & Friends List and you're sharing your Family & Friends List.
    4. Click "Done."
    5. Once your spouse has added the kids to his/her Family & Friends List, click "Update" next to each kid's name on your Family & Friends List and make sure "All Plans" and the "Disney PhotoPass Photos" box are selected under your spouse's name.

    In my experience, a page refresh or My Disney Experience mobile app restart is sometimes needed between steps for new settings to take hold. Personal experience has also taught me that all tickets are not always visible in the non-managing adult's account. This has no impact on your ability to plan together as long as everyone is connected as Family & Friends.
