Guest Relations at Animal Kingdom is on the left hand side once you enter the theme park gates. It is very easy to locate. You can ask a Cast Member who are at the entrance as well if you cannot locate this. Your Mother will need to go into Guest Relations to get her Guest Assistance Card, and I would encourage her to tell them her whole party size as well. The Cast Members will take care of her. I am so happy to hear that she is a cancer survivor and am glad you are able to be at Walt Disney World together! Have a magical vacation, Shannan!
