Hi moms just when I think i found out there is all to find out about disney world I hear something new. What is the electrical water parade? Is it the same as illuminations? I was told the water parade is on the 7 seas lagoon?

    Hi Denise,

My family love to watch the Electrical Water Pageant!

Disney's Polynesian Resort is my absolute favourite place to watch the pageant which takes place nightly and usually follows the schedule detailed below:-

    Disney's Polynesian Resort - 9pm
    Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa - 9.15pm
    Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort - 9.35pm
    Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground - 9.45pm
    Disney's Contemporary Resort - 10.05pm

When Wishes Nighttime Spectacular is scheduled to take place at 9pm, the Electrical Water Pageant runs approximately 10 - 20 minutes later.

Please bear in mind that times are subject to change without notice and inclement weather can cause cancellation of the pageant.

If you decide to watch the pageant from the Polynesian Resort on an evening that Wishes Nighttime Spectacular will be taking place at the Magic Kingdom, you will also be able to enjoy the fireworks from a different perspective - the soundtrack is even piped in through speakers on the beach. It is a lovely relaxed way to enjoy the entertainment!

    Wishing you a magical trip!
