I'm happy to offer a few suggestions for how you should be able to look up the theme park tickets you might have purchased.
If you purchased
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets recently through the
Disneyland Resort website or through the Disneyland Resort mobile app, you likely would have purchased theme park tickets and made theme park reservations at the same time. The
Theme Park Tickets & Reservations system would have guided you step-by-step to make your theme park ticket selections and to make your theme park reservations in the same series of steps.
One suggestion I can offer is to sign in to your Disneyland Resort account and take a look at your
"My Theme Park Reservations" information. You could also sign in to your
Disneyland Resort mobile app and look at the "My Plans" area and your "Tickets and Passes" area.
If you're not seeing any ticket purchase information or theme park reservation details displayed and you're not able to locate your ticket purchase confirmation email, my next best suggestion is to
call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 and speak with a Cast Member for assistance.
