I think I booked a light saber experience for the first week in April but I can’t find any records. I need to cancel and want to be sure I do in time.

Hiya Cindy - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks so much for stopping by with your very first question! I'm sorry to hear that you won't be able to join the Gatherers at Savi's Workshop to piece together your very own lightsaber. I hope it's because your crew found something else even more magical to enjoy during that time!

Reservations at Savi's need to be canceled at least one day prior to the reservation date. If you do not cancel and do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the full build fee to the credit card you used to make the reservation.

There are two potential ways to cancel your reservation, either through your My Disney Experience account or by calling and speaking to a Cast Member. If the reservation is showing up in the My Plans area of your account online, or in the Future Plans area of the My Disney Experience Mobile App, you may see a Cancel button associated with the reservation that you can use. If you have your confirmation number but don't see the reservation listed in your account, you can click the Add More Plans button online, or scroll to the bottom of the Future Plans screen in the app and tap Link to Account - once linked you should see the option to cancel this reservation.

If neither of these options work or if you'd rather speak to a Cast Member about your reservation, you can always call. The great news is that by canceling your reservation, it will become available for another Guest, and you're going to absolutely make someone's day when they are able to snag this difficult reservation for a future Jedi in their crew!

I hope this helps - please let me know if any other questions pop up as you continue planning for your April trip!
