    Hi! Do you think Bldings16 or 17(garden view) are fairly close to bus/main pool etc. at POR/ Alligator Bayou? Didn't request pref. room and am beginning to regretting not doing so. Thanx!

    Hello Christopher!

    Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside is a favorite of many.  The grounds are divine, and the location very convenient.  The buildings you mentioned (16 and 17) are fairly close to the Ol' Man Island main pool area, and about equidistant between the main resort bus stop and one at the West Depot.   Personally, I think these buildings requests are just fine, and reasonably convenient to Disney Bus Transportation and the main pool.  There is also a "quiet pool"  right where buildings 16 and 17 are located.
