I am happy to report that you can indeed mail items to your resort hotel prior to your arrival. The
Front Desk will receive your package and can either hold it at the desk for pickup or deliver it to your room once you arrive. Be aware that at the time of this response a $6 per package handling fee will apply. Prices are subject to change, so check the
Mail Services site or call your resort to confirm charges prior to mailing your items.
When you are getting ready to send your package, you must include the following to ensure proper delivery:
- the mailing address of your Disney Resort Hotel
- the word “Guest” on the front of the package
- the date of your arrival
Looking for the address of your resort hotel? Find your resort on the list of
Disney Resort hotels, click on it, and navigate to the "Overview" tab. The address will be about halfway down the page on the right hand side, just below the image of the map.
