Hi Uriah!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, fellow Texan! I am so glad you sailed by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! While my family has been on our fair share of Disney Cruises, we only recently went on the Disney Dream for the first time!
One of my favorite things to do, but honestly have not been able to do until recent sailings is enjoying the live shows each night! When my boys were younger, it was so hard for us to get through dinner and see a late show, so we usually missed them! This time, we made a point to see
“Beauty and the Beast” and it was phenomenal!
Another thing I highly recommend not missing out on is the Pirate Night deck party (and late-night Pirate Buffet in Cabanas)! Again, due to early bedtimes we have usually missed the Pirate Night deck party and fireworks show and it was SO GREAT!! And, the buffet did not disappoint! I am definitely adding this to my must dos each time I set sail!
And lastly, I highly recommend a trip to the
Rainforest Room; it’s a treat that I give myself each time I go onboard. You can purchase a one-day pass prior to your cruise or you can look into a cruise-length pass once onboard! The cruise-length passes are limited, so check it out on embarkation day if you are interested!
There is so much to do and "sea", but I just want to emphasize that it is a vacation, so treat it as such! You will be provided with incredible service and the attention to detail is amazing. Just sit back, relax and ENJOY!! Oh, and take a ride down the AquaDuck...you'll love it!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
