What are some things to do in Epcot?

    Hey Buns-

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  The short answer to your question is everything. Epcot is the place where my family gets transported around the world, high in the sky, under the sea, to the planet Mars and deep into our imaginations.

Attractions: The giant “golfball”, Spaceship Earth, is a historical tour of our history in a way you have never seen history explained. Blast off for an interplanetary adventure of weightlessness in Mission Space then turn around and ride the East Australian Current in The Seas with Nemo & Friends. Take a hang gliding tour of California ending with fireworks showcase over Disneyland Park. Design and race your own car at Test Track Presented by Chevrolet. Let the purple dragon help you discover the inner secret of fun in Journey into Imagination with Figment.

Tours and Special Events: Epcot DiveQuest lets you plunge in at Caribbean Coral Reef’s 5.7-million-gallon saltwater aquarium with over 6,000 sea animals. Epcot's International Flower and Garden and Food and Wine Festivals (separate events) are an epicurian and food connoisseur’s delight. Small booths are setup around the World Showcase with unique flavors and exhibits. Truly a world tour of the senses.

The World Showcase: Food, entertainment, education… oh my. We love seeing shows like the Canadian Lumberjacks and the Jeweled Dragon Acrobats. The food at each country is authentic and delicious. Enjoy authentic Italian pizza at Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria and the wonderful caramel delights at Karamell Kuche in the Germany Pavilion. You will also find delicious beverages from around the world. How many will you try?

Disney Dad Tip: Go to Epcot with an empty stomach because there are so many options to please everyone.

Buns, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
