Tu, I assure you that you're not the only Guest involved in the case of the disappearing Oogie Boogie Bash tickets. While this is unusual and a bit strange, there have been a few other Guests with similar issues. Luckily, with the help of a friendly, knowledgeable Cast Member, they were able to locate their tickets and ease their minds before the big day! Your best bet is to give a Cast Member a shout at the
Ticket Services Line. They'll be able to access your account and assist you in getting those tickets reconnected. If you'd prefer, you can utilize the chat feature on the
Disneyland Mobile App to connect with a Cast Member instead.
Now, once those tickets creep back into your account, it'll be time to get down to business on planning your spooktacular vacation! If you didn't already know, adults can dress up in costume for Oogie Boogie Bash. So, channel your favorite Disney character and let's see what you've got! If you choose not to dress up, you may want to dress to impress because you never know who you might see! Some unusual characters are sulking their way around
Disney California Adventure Park during this after-hours event, as well as some of your favorites dressed in costumes of their own!
