    Hi there, What are my costs as one of the guests on a package that has now been all paid for if I have to cancel just myself off due to a life saving surgery to my mother in which she will need full time care. Surgery dates out of my control and TBC.

    I am so sorry to hear about your mother, but I completely understand your concern. Unfortunately, we do not have access to Guest reservations and therefore I can't give you guidance on the procedure or costs involved in canceling a portion of your package. I recommend calling Guest Relations as they will be able to assist you personally based on your current reservation and situation. You may reach them at (407) 939-5277.
