Hi there, What are my costs as one of the guests on a package that has now been all paid for if I have to cancel just myself off due to a life saving surgery to my mother in which she will need full time care. Surgery dates out of my control and TBC.

    Hi Debbie,

I am so sorry to hear about your mother, but I completely understand your concern. Unfortunately, we do not have access to Guest reservations and therefore I can't give you guidance on the procedure or costs involved in canceling a portion of your package. I recommend calling Guest Relations as they will be able to assist you personally based on your current reservation and situation. You may reach them at (407) 939-5277. If you would prefer, you may also email your question via the form found here

I wish you all the best, please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with.

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
