    Hi there! We're debating between doing Minnie's Seasonal Dine/Fantasmic dinner package or Tusker House/Rivers of light lunch package. We have both scheduled now, but only want to keep one. Which is better overall? Thanks!

    This is a tough question!  I have nothing negative to say about either character dining experience or show, so it really depends on what you are looking for.

    Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom has traditional African flavors.  This is one of my favorite character restaurants because of the unique food options.  I also love to see the classic characters in safari outfits.  They're adorable!  Minnie's Seasonal Dine at Hollywood & Vine in Disney's Hollywood Studios has a wide array of American dishes and the characters will be dressed in their spooky Halloween costumes until November 7, 2019.  I also love this buffet because it has one of the best dessert stations!

    Let's talk about shows!  Fantasmic! and Rivers of Light: We Are One couldn't be more different.  I do enjoy both of these shows, but Fantasmic! takes the cake for me.  It is full of stories, Disney characters, villains, heroes and beautiful displays on water.  It's exciting and will leave you on the edge of your seat at times and the ending is awesome.  Rivers of Light is a beautiful show with gorgeous floats and water displays that tell the stories of animals, nature and Earth set to stunning music.  We are a split household as I prefer Fantasmic!, but my husband loves Rivers of Light: We Are One.

    You can't go wrong with either dining package.  I'm sure you'll enjoy whichever you choose to keep.
