    Hi there! We’ll be staying at the hotel but because we’re arriving early, can we leave our luggage with the concierge l, go to the park and return at 3pm to check in? Also, will we be eligible for early entry on check in day? Or only on check out?

    You're going to love staying on property at one of the three hotels at the Disneyland Resort. Besides the Magic, wonder, and enchantment you'll find during your stay you’ll also have access to some benefits just for hotel guests. Those staying at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, the Disneyland Hotel, or Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel with valid theme park admission and reservation will have access to early entry during every day of their stay. That includes check-in day, check out day, and all the days in between. You'll be able to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park 30 minutes before the regularly scheduled opening time. I recommend you ride some of the more popular attractions like Radiator Springs Racers, Guardians of the Galaxy- Mission: BREAKOUT!, Space Mountain or Indiana Jones Adventure (subject to availability during early entry).

    While there is no official check-in time at any of the Disneyland Resort Hotels you can expect your hotel room to be ready after 3:00 p.m. You're welcome to check in at whatever time you arrive at the hotel to let them know you're here. You may be able to set up text alerts or email alerts so that they can let you know when your room is ready. You're welcome to drop your bags off at Bell Services and then head to the theme parks. Once you get the alert that your room is ready you'll be able to call Bell Services from your hotel room and they'll be happy to bring your bags up.
