    HI there We are visiting disney world from 6 December. I am trying to order magic bands, but it gives me an address in Southlake (3150 Sabre rd) - I want the magic bands to be delivered to our hotel (Caribbean beach resort). How do I order that?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Thank you for sending in this question, and I am sure there may be other Guests wondering the same thing.  If you have ordered your MagicBands via your My Disney Experience account, choosing your complimentary MagicBands or premium MagicBands for a special pre-order price, these will already be sent to your home address (in the USA).  For all International Guests these will be automatically sent to the Disney Resort hotel on your reservation, to be collected at check-in.  I think you are talking about ordering from the wider range of MagicBands available at shopDisney?  You will need to put your name in the delivery address, adding "GUEST arriving - insert your arrival date here -" to this address:

    If you place your order now, your package should be waiting for you when you arrive.  Please note that there is now a handling charge for receiving package deliveries through the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel, and for those delivered to your hotel room.  This is currently $6 per package.

    I hope you will enjoy all the Christmas decorations around Walt Disney World Resort - I was there a couple of weeks ago, and they were just starting to appear!  If you can visit any of the Resort hotels that have a gingerbread house, I would highly recommend it.  In particular, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is definitely worth a visit, and the new gingerbread cabin at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is quite lovely.
