Hi there, We have two sets of reservations two mornings at 8:15 (before the park opens) for AK and HS. We are staying at BLT. Would it be better to go to ticket and transp. center to catch an early bus to the parks or wait at the hotel for a bus?

How fabulous that you have Advanced Dining Reservations at two different Theme Parks before they both open! One of my very favorite things to do is to have pictures taken of my family in the early mornings when there aren't too many people in the Park yet.

Since you are staying at Bay Lake Towers, I would just take the less than 5-minute walk across the bridge and head to the bus stop at Disney's Contemporary Resort where you'll be able to catch a bus directly to Animal Kingdom Park as well as Disney's Hollywood Studios. The buses start running plenty early for Guests with early breakfast reservations, so you won't have any problem getting there in time.
