Hi there, We are planning to go to the Galaxy's edge droid depot and we're trying to make a reservation within the 60 day booking period but could not find a way to book it. What are we doing wrong?

Bright suns, Anna! Welcome to planDisney, traveler!

Planning a journey to Batuu is always exciting, especially when it includes building something uniquely yours. You’re going to love Droid Depot—it’s a hands-on experience in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge that turns your imagination into a loyal sidekick. Here’s some great news for you: As of March 2025, reservations are no longer required at Droid Depot! That means you can simply stop by during your visit to Black Spire Outpost and craft your very own astromech droid at a time that works best for your crew. The Gatherers will be ready to guide you through the process as you bring your droid to life.

Since you’ll be exploring Batuu, you’ll want to make the most of your time in this outpost on the edge of the galaxy. If all of that building sends your appetite into hyperspace, you may consider grabbing a bite at Ronto Roasters, where the Ronto Wrap has earned its reputation as a legendary snack among travelers. And here’s a bonus: Oga’s Cantina no longer requires reservations either, so you can join the queue whenever the mood strikes to sip galactic beverages while DJ R-3X spins his upbeat tunes. For treasures of all kinds, stop into Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, where kyber crystals and mysterious relics from across the galaxy line the shelves. And don’t miss the Creature Stall, where you might even adopt a new friend for your astromech droid.

Of course, no trip to Batuu is complete without a few adventures. Join the Resistance in their epic battle on Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, or take the controls in the cockpit of Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. Keep your eyes open as you wander through Black Spire Outpost—you never know when you might encounter Rey, Chewbacca, or stormtroopers on patrol. And here’s a fun little pro tip: if you build your droid in the evening, its lights will shine even brighter as you explore Batuu at night, adding an extra layer of magic to your adventure.

Anna, your adventures at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge are sure to be filled with excitement, whether you’re gathering supplies, sampling galactic cuisine, or forging alliances with the Resistance.

Till the spires… and may the Force (and a little pixie dust) be with you!
