Hi there; We are new DVC members at Copper Creek and our first stay as members is coming up in March. Is there a different place to check in than the normal front desk? Thanks!!

    Hi there, Lara!

Welcome home and thanks so much for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad that you stopped by with your question!

Congratulations on your new Disney Vacation Club membership! It's one of the best decisions that I've ever made, and I hope that you find the same to be true for your family. And Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge is absolutely amazing, so you are in for a treat on your first visit. Check-in for your reservation will be the same as if you were staying at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, but I highly suggest that you do online check-in either through your My Disney Experience account or through the Disney Vacation Club website. That way you'll receive a text message or email when your resort room is ready, and you can bypass the front desk and go straight to your room when you arrive. It will definitely save you a little time on your first day of vacation!

Be sure to check out all of the amenities and recreation that your new home resort has to offer like Reunion Station. It's the perfect place to enjoy a continental breakfast or a snack or cocktail later in the day. I think you're going to absolutely love it!

I hope this helps to answer your question, and I hope you have a magical stay and enjoy your first trip home!
