    Hi There, We are very excited to be staying at Port Orleans Riverside in May but have friends who will be staying at another location. Will it be possible for them to join us one evening for dinner and/or a swim or stroll around the grounds? Thanks

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I absolutely adore Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. It is my favorite moderate resort, so I am very excited for you and your family.

    Frieds and family who are not Guests can definitely joint you for dinner at your Disney Resort hotel. All they have to do upon arrival at the resort is inform that they are there for dinner. It really helps if you already have a dining reservation, this way you can provide them with a confirmation number that can be presented upon arrival. For a nice dinner with family I suggest making reservations at Boatwright's Dining Hall, followed by live entertainment at River Roost lounge.

    Your friends will be able to join you for a stroll or even a surrey bike ride or horse-drawn carriage ride, but the swimming pools are for Resort Guests only.
