Hi there! We will be in Disney Dec 14-20. This is our first time to visit WDW in Dec. We usually go in Sept. What is the weather like this time of the year? I know weather in Orlando varies but what is the pattern you'd seen in the past?

    Hi Michael!

Weather in December can be fairly mild or quite chilly.  I've been to Walt Disney World many times in December, and it can vary from low 80s to upper 40s for highs, so it'd be best to check the weather forecast a few days before you depart (on weather.com, for example, just type in 32830 for the zip code).

As of right now, the mega-extended forecast is looking like highs in the mid 70s and lows in the upper 50s, which is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious weather in my book!  But again, make sure that you check back closer to December 10 or so to get a much more accurate outlook.

As far as precipitation, December tends to be drier than the typical wet season pattern you'll find during the summer, so you should have some great days for touring the parks!

    Have a magical vacation!
