Hi there! We booked a trip for February and are having a hard time getting a good price on a flight back. It almost makes more sense to add a day to our WDW trip and stay another night at the resort. Is there a best practice when adding a day?

    Hi Corina,

I've definitely had that issue before. Sometimes it's less expensive to extend your trip.

I'd contact wherever you booked your reservation to see if it's possible to extend. They'll need to find out if the hotel has availability in the same room category for that extra day. If you have the dining plan, you'll need to ask about that as well.

It's up to you whether or not you'd want to go to the parks on the extra day. You could always stay with the number of days you currently have, and use the extra day to relax at your resort and/or go to Downtown Disney.

I hope that helps! Have a great vacation!
