Hi there! I see there's a ticketed event on May 16 at MK that starts at 7:35 am. Do you possibly know what it is? We will be there that day celebrating my daughters 3rd birthday. Thank you in advance!

    Hi Jennifer,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It looks like the day you mentioned is one for Early Morning Magic -- Fantasyland, an occasional special ticketed event at Magic Kingdom. Guests who participate get early access to Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, Peter Pan's Flight and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Early Morning Magic also includes a yummy all-you-care-to-eat breakfast at Pinocchio Village Haus.

A group of Moms Panel friends and I got the chance to participate in Early Morning Magic last summer and we had a blast riding Seven Dwarfs Mine Train several times in a row before the park opened to other guests. We took a couple of spins on Peter Pan's Flight and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. Then we hit the breakfast to relax and fuel up for the rest of our day on sausage and bacon, french toast, frittata, fruit and other goodies.

Tickets are limited for Early Morning Magic so, if you go, you shouldn't see lines for any of the attractions. If you don't participate, the event shouldn't have a noticeable impact on your visit.

As a side note, Jennifer, make sure you get a free Happy Birthday button for your daughter at Guest Relations near the Magic Kingdom entrance. When you wear the button, you get lots of birthday greetings and, sometimes, a birthday surprise.

Thanks again for your question. Please let us know if we can help in any other way as you plan your celebration vacation. Enjoy!
