Hi there, My husband and I and our two young kids will be heading there in November. I am wondering how I would go about mailing diapers/wipes etc to the hotel prior to us heading there. thanks!!

    Hi Melissa,

I'm so glad to hear that you're planning to mail diapers, wipes, and other supplies to your resort hotel instead of jamming it all in your luggage. My wife and I have two youngsters as well, and we love doing that because it makes the packing process go so much easier.

To start, go to DisneyWorld.com and find the page of the resort hotel where you'll be staying. On each resort hotel's page, there's a tab titled "Resort Overview" where they list the address and phone number.

When you prepare the address on your shipment, I'd suggest formatting as follows:

    [Your Resort Hotel]
Attn: [Your Name], Guest Arriving on: [Insert Arrival Date]
    [Address of the Resort Hotel]
[Phone Number of the Resort Hotel]

Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

The first time I tried shipping diapers, wipes, and other supplies, I went to one of the package delivery stores and had them ship a box full of gear to our resort hotel. Shocker - it cost me an arm and a leg to do it that way!

Unfortunately, it was too late for me to abandon ship and use one of the online stores that has super cheap (or even free) shipping. Needless to say, we now opt for setting up the order through one of the online stores.

Here's a bonus tip from your buddy Derek:

I like to schedule my delivery for the day before we arrive at Walt Disney World. That way, any unforeseen shipping delays won't cause a messy situation for us. (Pardon the pun!)

I hope that helps! If you should have any other questions about taking little ones on a Disney vacation, please feel free to write back and I'll be happy to help in any way that I can.

    Best regards,
    Derek
