Hi there, My fiancé and I originally got our Disneyland passes in March of 2022 after going with some of our friends. I looked today to make a new reservation and our passes are not showing up as linked to my account. How can I rein them?

Hey there, hi there, Keri from CA! This Carrie from CA wants to welcome you to planDisney! We appreciate you stopping by with your question.

I'm so sorry to hear that your Magic Keys are not showing up on your Disney account. That's a real bummer when you are trying to make new theme park ticket reservations for an upcoming visit. I think this should be an easy fix and this is something I've heard of happening before. The first suggestion I would offer is to try to look through your email to see if you can find your confirmation email. I was able to find mine quickly by searching "Magic Key Purchase" in my email search. In that email, you can click on the "Access Your eTickets" link. This will take you to a page with your Magic Keys. If you click on "Print eTickets" this will show you a page with a barcode and a ticket #. This is the Ticket ID number you will need to relink your passes. If you cannot find your confirmation email, you should be able to call the Magic Key line and a Cast Member can look up your information and help you get your passes linked back to your Disney account.

Once you have your passes linked and reservations set, I recommend getting a reservation at the Magic Key Terrace. I love that the menu changes from time to time. I was there recently and my friend and I grabbed the Quesabirria Flatbread and the Monte Cristo Corn Dog. They were both so good and I can't wait to go and try them again!

Keri, thanks again for stopping by. I hope you are able to get back to the parks soon!
