Heigh-ho, Stephanie!!
Welcome to planDisney! It looks like you and your cast of characters are off to The Happiest Place On Earth this summer! Whether you are all first-time visitors or returning, I’m here to make sure that your adventure is as enchanting as can be.
Scooters can be rented at the Disneyland Resort on a first-come, first-served basis. Or, just like how Snow White found a cozy home with the seven dwarfs, you can make yourself comfortable by bringing your own to use. You can find information about a local private mobility rental company called ScooterBug on the
ECV rentals page. With convenient and reliable mobility options, you can all focus on enjoying your magical Disneyland adventure!
Stephanie, just like how the kind animals of the forest helped Snow White, I am glad to guide you through the
Disability Access Service (DAS) that the Disneyland Resort has to offer. At the Disneyland Resort, they take particular care of each guest just like the seven dwarfs took care of Snow White! You can always rest assured that
everyone is welcome!
Since DAS can be pre-registered 2 to 30 days before your trip, I would recommend
requesting a live video chat with a Cast Member to begin the process at the start of August. The Cast Member will also ask you a few questions and sprinkle any further pixie dust on any assistance that your family may need for your magical adventure.
If it is better for you to call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to
disability.services@disneyland.com, those options are also available.
I hope I've been as helpful as the dwarfs' whistling while they work, Stephanie! Don't hesitate to
follow up with me if you need any further assistance.
It’s off to work I go!Danielle
