    Hi there, I've seen many mixed reviews regarding the bunk beds at the Wilderness Lodge. We will be staying there in January and my boys who are 16 & 14 and both nearly 6 feet will be sleeping in the bunks. Will they be large enough for my children?

    Hi Sheila, 

    Unfortunately, I don't think this is the best option for your family. We recently stayed in two bunk bed rooms at the Wilderness Lodge. My 14 year old son who is nearly 5' 10", could not fit comfortably in the bunks. He and my older 18 year old son ended up sharing a queen bed instead so that they could fit. Of course, being guys, they didn't find this ideal either, but it was better than being crammed in a bed that is too small. While the bunks are sold as "twin size", they seem a bit smaller than the twin beds that we have at home.
