Ahoy, Tanner, and welcome to planDisney! It looks like you'll be setting sail this holiday season with Disney Cruise Line, and I'm happy to help you plan for all the fun you'll find on board!
Tanner, the best way to find out about theme nights like
Pirate Night is to check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App once you're on board. I understand wanting to know in advance, though, so I can offer you a tip my panelist pal
Dustin shared in a recent answer to a similar question: once you've opened your Navigator app, select "My Plans" and check in the "Onboard Fun" section to see if the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is offering Pirates League makeovers; if so, that's the night you should expect Pirate Night on your sailing! Alternatively, you can give Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 with your specific sailing details, and they can confirm your theme nights for you!
You can also find some additional information about the details for what will be offered on your sailing in the
dining dress code guidelines:
- 3-night sailings: one cruise casual, one pirate night, one optional dress-up
- 4-night sailings: first night cruise casual, one pirate night, one optional dress-up, final night cruise casual
- 7-night sailings: first night cruise casual, one pirate night or other themed deck party, 3 more cruise casual, and one formal or semi-formal night
Tanner, one of my favorite things about the theme nights is taking advantage of the
onboard photographers and the backgrounds they offer to compliment our attire! Be sure to build some time into your evenings once your crew is dressed and ready to smile for the camera!
I hope this helps, Tanner! If you have any other questions as you count down the final days to your sailing, we'd love you to sail back to
planDisney any time!
Magic Awaits,
Alison
