Hi there, I wanted to book Mickey's Backyard BBQ, my only problem is category 2 seating I all that is left. I wanted to know if is a bad thing to have that seating? I just want to know if it is still worth it if I am in category 2 seating?

    Greetings Heather!

My family went to Mickey's Backyard BBQ last year! We had a great view even from our Category 2 seating, but other than to eat we weren't actually in our seats all that much. During much of the show, your little ones have the opportunity to dance with the characters or sit up on the floor near the stage. Also, they host meet and greet opportunities with your favorite pals just outside of the main pavilion.

I think you'd still be very happy with Category 2 seating for the special experience. If you do choose to, eat a slice of watermelon and some strawberry shortcake for me--it was delicious. Have a rootin' tootin' vacation, Heather, and stop back by the Disney Parks Moms Panel if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Magical Wishes,
