Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, I completely understand your desire to finalize the options you have for your current Annual Pass.
This
Annual Passes: Know Before You Go post states that current "Annual Passes will be extended for the number of days the parks are closed". If, however, you are an Annual Passholder who has paid in full--rather than using the monthly payment plan--and would prefer a partial refund, the V.I. PASSHOLDER Support phone number listed on that link is the way to go. My family has several Annual Passes, and we opted for the extension for most of them. However, one Annual Passholder won't be able to travel back to the East Coast once the parks reopen, so I was able to speak with a Cast Member at that number to request a partial refund just for her.
I called about two weeks ago, and managed to speak with a Cast Member rather quickly, so I'm thinking that you may need to call on a more off-peak hour. Don't worry though, Yasmina, you'll be able to request that refund and apply that savings to future pixie-dusted visits to The Most Magical Place on Earth!
