Hi there I purchased park tickets earlier and still not received tickets via email? When should I expect to receive? Thanls Kenny

Hello there! Welcome to planDisney. I’m so happy to be able to help you today!

Oh boy, can you believe that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just a few short weeks away? It may seem like a long time, but I promise you will feel like you blinked, and POOF, you’re walking right down the middle of Main Street, U.S.A.! So, I'm glad you stopped by with your question so we can help you wrap up those last few details before you set off on the adventure of a lifetime!

Three cheers to you for purchasing your Theme Park Tickets! That brings you one step closer to your fabulous vacation! Once purchased, you should receive a confirmation email within 72 hours. If you’re not seeing that email by that time, first check your spam folder, as it sometimes gets lost there. If you’re still not having any luck, worry not! You can just reach out to the Disney Parks Tickets team by calling 0800 16 90 730. One of the fabulous Cast Members on this team will be happy to help locate your confirmation email or have it resent.

Once you have your email confirmation, you can then get your tickets linked in your My Disney Experience app and start making your Park Pass Reservations. As a reminder, you'll need to make a reservation for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you can hop over to another park starting at 2 p.m. each day.

You can link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account by following these simple steps:

    • First, locate the ticket ID number from your confirmation email. This can be found under the barcode on the corner of your confirmation.
    • Log into your My Disney Experience account from your web browser.
    • Hover over the My Disney Experience Logo and select “My Plans” from the drop-down menu.
    • Scroll down until you see “Park Tickets” and click on “Link Tickets.”
    • You can then input your Ticket ID number, follow the steps to complete the linking process, and you are all set!

    Pretty easy, right, Kenny?

I am just so excited for you to visit Walt Disney World. You've got such an incredible adventure ahead of you, especially since you will be visiting during The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! Of course, with so much going on, you're bound to have some questions as you continue planning your vacation, so please visit us again soon if there is anything else we can help you with!

    Have a magical day!
