Hi there, I am planning our family's first trip to Disney world. We are thinking of coming either the last week of feb/beginning of mar or possibliy the end of april 2016. . I am wondering how being early next year will affect crowds?

    Hi Laura!

Well, in my opinion, ANYTIME is a great time to be at Walt Disney World.  But I do agree that lower crowd levels can make it even more magical.

My favorite resource for determining crowd levels is touringplans.com.  They predict what the crowds will be, and do so very accurately!  I always check it when planning a trip.

As a general rule, anytime schools are in session will be a less-crowded time at the parks.  Summers and Holiday breaks are logically, more crowded.

If you go by Touring Plans, the end of April looks to be a bit less crowded (assuming you go after spring breaks are over). There isn't a big difference between your two choices, and neither of them are peak times for crowds, so I think either selection would be great!

I hope this helps, and please let me know if you have any other questions.
