    Hi there! I made dining reservations at Rainforest Cafe in AK and Via Napoli in EP and in my confirmation email it says they don’t accept table service credits. However on the Disney World website it says they do. Will I be able to use my credits?

     Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Courtney. We love when you stop by!

     It sounds like you'll be enjoying the Disney Dining Plan during your stay. How wonderful! I'm glad to hear you've made some dining reservations at fantastic restaurants already. I totally understand your concern about your confirmation email stating that Table-Service entitlements can't be used for these reservations. I'm guessing that Rainforest Cafe at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria at Epcot simply haven't updated their 2019 Disney Dining Plan participation yet. These restaurants currently accept Table-Service meal entitlements, and I suspect they will in the new year as well. My best advice is to continue checking for updated information. To do this, visit each restaurant's webpage and click on the check-marked hyperlink that says, "Some Dining Plans Accepted." I bet you'll eventually see 2019 Disney Dining Plan entitlement requirements listed!

     During your winter visit, be sure to experience the Epcot International Festival of the Arts. This celebration of food, art, and entertainment is not to be missed! My husband and I especially enjoy the Disney on Broadway concert series. For updates and news about the 2019 Epcot International Festival of the Arts, keep an eye the Disney Parks Blog.
