    Hi there, I bought five 4-day theme park tickets (2 for adults and 3 for kids) right before the park closure from pandemic from tickets from work. How do I apply the unused value to new reservation that we are planning in July this year? Thanks,

    I am so happy that the magic is calling you back and you are finally able to answer the call! In just a couple of months, you'll be arriving at The Most Magical Place on Earth, ready to begin your magical adventure. How exciting! I hate to hear that your last vacation had to be postponed, but I'm thrilled to hear that you are returning, and there has never been a better time to visit. With the 50th Anniversary Celebration and the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival in full swing, there will be SO much to do, see and taste and SO much magic to experience, I'm more than happy to answer your question today and help you return to the magic!

    To apply the value of your unused theme park tickets to your new ticket purchase, just call an oh-so-helpful Cast Member with Existing Tickets at (407) 934-7639. Just let the Cast Member know your new vacation dates, and they will be more than happy to make magic and get your new magical vacation on track.

    Once your new theme park tickets have been purchased, be sure to make your Theme Park Pass reservations as soon as possible. These Park Pass reservations are required for everyone to enter all four of the theme parks, so, this is a planning step that you definitely don't want to skip. These Park Passes are limited, so, make your reservations as soon as possible!
