Hey there, Nour!
I am so very glad you brought your questions to planDisney. Planning is what we do best, and we know that with planning comes change.
I am so sorry to hear that a member of your travel party can no longer visit The Most Magical Place on Earth. Depending on the type of reservation, modifications can be made online or by speaking with a friendly Cast Member. If your reservation is a vacation package (room and tickets) or a stay at a Disney Resort Collection hotel, can absolutely change the reservation by speaking to a Cast Member with
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. These changes will need to be made by phone.
Changes to a theme park ticket that is not part of a package can be made online through
My Disney Experience or the My Disney Experience Mobile app. It is important to note that theme park tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, but the ticket dates can be changed. You can do this by selecting the current park reservation for the person that can no longer attend, and then clicking "cancel reservation". You will then be able to choose a new park date that works for this Guest.
I hope that this information helps you with your magical plans and that you have an amazing adventure! Spring is a great time to visit. You will be arriving just as the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is beginning. And this year Walt Disney World is hosting
The World's Most Magical Celebration. All four theme parks are ready to dazzle with EARidescent decor. Be sure to check out the
Beacons of Magic every evening! They are gorgeous!
We'll see ya real soon!
