    Hi there Everytime I go to book a park reservation it kick me out to log back in again, it won’t let me get past creating my party without doing this. My tickets and room are linked. Any help would be appreciated Thank you

    Your vacation to Walt Disney World Resort is just around the corner how very excited you must be to be a part of the 50th Anniversary Celebrations, lucky you!

    As a fellow Canadian Disney fan, and Guest myself, I find greater success when working with official Disney websites in incognito mode, and in particular, when switching the country filter beside the Sign-in from Canada to the United States. You may also wish to refer to the Walt Disney World Resort recommended browsers for optimal performance using your desktop computer. The changing of the country filter always seems to work for me, Leanne.

    If using your mobile device please ensure all updates are complete and this would be a good time to enable notifications via your "Settings," and then in the My Disney Experience app to enable notifications via “My Profile.” This way the app will run efficiently to update continuously and provide you with notifications before and during your visit. You may even have greater success using the My Disney Experience mobile app.

    To secure a Disney Park Pass - Theme Park Reservation using the My Disney Experience app:
    1. Log in to My Disney Experience and on the Home Page click on bottom centred circle enclosing a “+” sign.
    2. Many planning fields will pop up, one of which should be “Make a Park Reservation” clicking here will pull up those in your travel party to select from, since you previously linked your Walt Disney World Resort vacation package reservation.

    Leanne, on your behalf, I tried twice with the country filter set to Canada with no success and on the third time when I switched to the United States it worked, keep trying and also if this persists please contact Walt Disney World Resort - My Disney Experience and MagicBands in the evening hours as wait times tend to be a bit shorter. I apologize for any glitches and for this inconvenience.

    Lastly, you may wish to create a Disney MagicMobile pass via My Disney Experience to store your theme park admission in your digital wallet on your mobile device, I loved using mine!
