Ahoy, Wendy!
I'm so happy you stopped in to visit us here at the Moms Panel - welcome!
I, like you, don't want to miss a moment of my children enjoying a Disney Cruise! I worried, too, that they would have wonderful adventures in the Oceaneers Club (which they did!), and I wouldn't have any photos for them to remember it by. While the ship's professional photographers don't frequent the
Youth Clubs, on our last cruise, we were given photos of our kids with any Disney Characters that stopped by for a visit while they were there. The Youth Counselors know that a visit from a special Disney friend is something your child will want to remember!
Another great way to get some pictures of your kids in the club is to visit during Open House hours on your first afternoon onboard. Parents are more than welcome to explore the space, and it's a great time to snap some photos of your kids inside the club! The themed areas are so awesome, you might just want to stay and play!
Although you think your son won't tell you all about the activities and fun he has in the clubs, you might be surprised! Our daughter never stops talking about every little thing she did when we pick her up from the club. She never wants to be picked up before it closes - she wants to enjoy every last minute of fun! The incredible Youth Counselors do such a great job keeping each and every child engaged, happy and comfortable during their time in the club. Your little man is in for an amazing time on his Disney Cruise!
I hope this helps answer your question! Have a magical day! - Diane W.
