First, I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble booking your
theme park reservation. From what I've experienced, this can most often be due to one of a few possibilities. If you purchased a
1-day ticket, it's possible that the
ticket tier does not match the needed ticket tier of the date you're looking to visit and would therefore appear blocked out.
Another possibility is that your park reservations may already be set on the date you're looking at. Since park reservations are usually set up during the ticket purchase process, those dates may look blocked out if you're looking at the park reservations page. You can double check this by visiting the
My Plans page, which will show a list of park reservations you currently have associated with your MyDisney account - it's also a great page to make and manage any other reservations you might need during your visit.
The best way to figure out exactly what's going on is by
reaching out to a Cast Member at the Tickets line. They will be able to see the full details of your tickets and reservations and let you know your available options.
