Hi Kristian, a Grand Gathering at Disney World...how fun!! Add a trip to the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue and you are sure to have a magical vacation.

I think your plan is great. I think I might bump the meeting time back to 5:45, to give a cushion just in case someone is running late. The thing with the ferry is that it runs every 20-25 minutes. You never know if you just missed one (so you could be waiting a while) or if one is just about to come (so you'll be ahead of schedule). You need to check in for the Hoop-Dee-Doo at least 20 minutes early, because they take a photo of your group before the show. If you end up with time to spare, you can always walk around Fort Wilderness a little.
