Hi there! A large party of us (25) are booked in for 7.15 pm the Hoop Dee Doo in July. We're planning on gathering everyone at the Contemporary Resort Marina at 6pm and catching a boat. Do you think we've left enough time? Or should we meet earlier?

Hi Kristian, a Grand Gathering at Disney fun!! Add a trip to the Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue and you are sure to have a magical vacation.

I think your plan is great. I think I might bump the meeting time back to 5:45, to give a cushion just in case someone is running late. The thing with the ferry is that it runs every 20-25 minutes. You never know if you just missed one (so you could be waiting a while) or if one is just about to come (so you'll be ahead of schedule). You need to check in for the Hoop-Dee-Doo at least 20 minutes early, because they take a photo of your group before the show. If you end up with time to spare, you can always walk around Fort Wilderness a little.

Hope this helps and that your vacation is extra special,
