Hi there, Hui!
Thank you for stopping by planDisney. I sailed on the
Disney Dream with my planDisney classmates last year, and it was truly a dream come true! It is such a beautiful ship! We loved the food and the entertainment, especially
The Golden Mickeys show that included one of our favorite Disney Characters, Tarzan.
The Disney Dream is currently scheduled to depart on a 5-night Spain voyage on August 27, 2024. Fireworks are not currently planned for this voyage. I am sorry! However, the popular
Pirate Night is scheduled to take place during your sailing. My family has a lot of fun wearing costumes on Pirate Night. One year, we each dressed up as characters from
Peter Pan, including Captain Hook, of course. We also enjoyed dancing during the "Pirates of the Caribbean" Deck Party and meeting Disney Characters dressed in pirate attire. It was a fun night for the entire family!
The current attire schedule for this Disney Cruise is below. Just keep in mind that schedules are subject to change, so check for an up-to-date schedule after boarding your ship.
- Tuesday: Southampton - casual
- Wednesday: at sea - Pirate Night
- Thursday: La Coruna - casual
- Friday: Vigo - optional dress-up
- Saturday: at sea - casual
- Sunday: disembark
If you are traveling without kids (or if your little ones like to spend most of their time in
Disney's Oceaneer Club like mine do), make sure to check out The District on the Disney Dream. This adults-only neighborhood includes various lounges, bars, and nightclubs. Sports fans probably want to spend time in
Pub 687, and
Evolution often hosts fun activities like karaoke and games. My planDisney class is very proud that we won a music trivia competition at Evolution!
Hui, thank you again for sending your question to planDisney. Please contact us again if you have other questions.
Happy sailing!
Jen
