What themed buildings are the family suites located in? I am really hoping for finding nemo on the nig pool for our 1st trip!🤗

    Hi Tracy! Welcome to planDisney.

Oh Boy! I am not even sure how your family is containing the excitement pending your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort during The World's Most Magical Celebration. Make sure to enjoy the two all-new nighttime spectaculars Disney Enchantment at Magic Kingdom Park and Harmonious at EPCOT.

You have made an excellent resort and room choice in Disney's Art of Animation Resort. As a Walt Disney World Resort Guest, you are privileged to immersive theming, early theme park entry, and complimentary transportation. That transportation includes my favorite, the Disney Skyliner with a transportation hub right on Hourglass Lake at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

Family suites are located in three of the four themed areas of the resort. These include Cars, The Lion King, and Finding Nemo. The good news is The Big Blue Pool has been recently refurbished and no matter where your room is assigned you are free to enjoy it. Room requests can be made via your My Disney Experience account. Using the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner and choose "Future Plans." Find your resort reservation and choose "Update Check-In." Scroll down to Room Request and click on the pencil icon and make your selection.

Other alternatives are to make a phone call to the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Help Center at (407) 939-1936, utilize the chat feature on the website or mobile app, or even visit the front desk at arrival with a friendly request. While at the front desk, ask for your complimentary first visit buttons to wear throughout your visit.

A final bit of advice, while a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is truly magical, immersive, and like no other, it can be overwhelming for first-time visitors. Take it all in, seek out the hidden gems, and take some for breaks and relaxation!

    See You Real Soon,
    Cindy
