    I have theme park tickets and I have to go in for surgery and can no longer go, Can I get a refund

    I'm so sorry to hear you weren't able to visit Walt Disney World Resort when you planned, and I hope all went well with your surgery. While Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets are nonrefundable, I do have good news. Unused tickets can be applied toward the purchase of new tickets for future use. I encourage you to reach out to the Cast Members that handle inquiries regarding existing tickets (You can reach them at (407) 566-4985). Make sure to have any ticket information, including confirmation numbers, ready to provide to them when you call. 

    I hope that you'll be able to use your Theme Park Tickets to enjoy a Walt Disney World Resort vacation sometime soon. The World's Most Magical Celebration begins on October 1, and will last for 18 months - it just might be the perfect time to schedule a visit! This celebration of Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary will be celebrated in all four theme parks, with Beacons of Magic, two new Nighttime Spectaculars, the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection, Disney Kite Tails, and the grand opening of a brand new attraction in Epcot - Remy's Ratatouille Adventure. It's sure to be a grand celebration!
